1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 9c444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the website accessible at https://9c444.cam (the "Site"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Site, including registration, account use, deposits, withdrawals, wagering and participation in promotions.

By creating an account, accessing the Site or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the Site.
• "Balance" — the total funds (real money plus any applicable bonus funds) held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits added to an Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an Account or place any wager on 9c444. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where underage access is suspected or confirmed. Any winnings generated by a minor will be forfeited without exception.

2.2 Jurisdiction Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 9c444 is lawful in your jurisdiction. 9c444 does not claim that online gambling is licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Site from a Restricted Jurisdiction. If your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits online gambling, you must not use this Site.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each natural person may maintain only one (1) registered Account on 9c444. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device or any other mechanism — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 KYC Verification

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC to our satisfaction may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions or account closure. KYC is required before any withdrawal is processed.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any other person. 9c444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately via the contact details in Section 13. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.

3.2 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. We may close or suspend your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.

Upon legitimate account closure initiated by the User, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via an eligible payment method, subject to KYC clearance.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account may be classified as inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee and/or closure in accordance with the operator's inactivity policy. Users will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

9c444 may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as illustrative payment context only. 4.2 Minimum Deposits

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 9c444 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. Bets placed in error are generally non-refundable. Specific betting rules for each market type are detailed within the relevant sport or game section of the platform.

5.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable at the moment of bet confirmation are those that apply to the wager. We reserve the right to void bets where odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, provided such voidance occurs within a reasonable time and is applied consistently.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, T20 World Cup and bilateral series — are subject to specific settlement rules detailed in the sports betting rules section. In-play and pre-match markets may have different settlement timescales. Abandoned or suspended matches are settled in accordance with the platform's official rules, which take into account completion thresholds and official governing body decisions.

5.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional latency considerations. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market has been officially suspended will be void. Network delays are outside our control.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per bet, per day and per event may be capped at the operator's discretion. Applicable limits are displayed in the relevant market where applicable. We reserve the right to enforce these limits regardless of the stated odds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions and special offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. By opting into any bonus, you confirm acceptance of the applicable bonus conditions. Where any conflict exists between a specific bonus term and these Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering/rollover requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a bonus with a 10× rollover requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before cashout eligibility. Not all games contribute equally toward rollover — contribution rates are specified in the bonus terms. Always read the specific bonus T&C before opting in.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant offer (e.g., 14 days, 21 days or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Any uncompleted wagering requirement at expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings.

6.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum bet restriction applies per the specific bonus terms. Placing bets in excess of this maximum during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings forfeited.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

9c444 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, employing low-variance betting strategies to systematically extract bonus value, hedging bets between multiple accounts, and any other conduct that, in our reasonable assessment, constitutes exploitation of promotional terms. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to restrict accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.6 Welcome Offers

Welcome offers (e.g., illustrative examples such as a 100% match up to PKR 25,000 or sports starter offers up to PKR 10,000) are available to new, verified accounts only. One welcome offer per person, household, device or IP address. Amounts, percentages and structures referenced in promotional materials are illustrative and subject to the live terms at the time of registration.

7. Responsible Gambling

7.1 Our Commitment

7.3 Minor Access Prohibition

7.4 Legal Status Notice

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following while using 9c444:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Creating more than one Account per person (see clause 2.3).
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, circumvent or exploit any aspect of the platform, including security systems or RNG outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Participating in, facilitating or having prior knowledge of match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or support staff.
• Using the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Allowing a third party to use your Account, or using another person's Account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users to the detriment of the operator.

A breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, referral to relevant authorities and legal action where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9c444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, data, and compilations thereof — is the intellectual property of 9c444 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

9c444 strives to provide a consistently available platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, technical failures or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Exclusion of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9c444 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9c444's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the relevant claim.

10.4 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent risk of financial loss. 9c444 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred through your use of the platform, provided we have fulfilled our obligations under these Terms. You use the platform at your own risk.

11. Amendments

9c444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users (e.g., via email or a prominent site notice). Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

9c444 does not represent that these Terms, or the use of the platform, are compliant with Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan access the platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for assessing and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
